What moves me is to design and facilitate systemic transformations in order to solve some of our most complex challenges with a higher level of consciousness, in service of the greater good. My work is based on collaborative innovation, on fearless rationality, and on the wisdom that can be found in emotions, intuitions and paradoxes.I help groups and organisations work in and develop collective intelligence, for more creativity, efficiency and meaningful collaboration. I design and facilitate collaborative projects for the public and private sectors in the field of innovation, transformation, strategy and management. I have 20 years of experience in leading significant transformational projects in large organisations, in multifunctional and international environments.I am also passionate about physical theatre, Zen philosophy and meditation. I hold a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, a Postgraduate Degree in Collective Intelligence and a Certificate in Devising Theatre and Performance.
