The main scope of my actual job consists in monitor and coordinate cease and cancellation orders for standard customers. During the entire cease process I verify that the request is in line with the Terms & Conditions and specific policies of signed contract; if there is a mismatch in this one of my tasks is to calculate early termination fees to ensure that no revenue will be lost.
