🎨 Piers HelmCreative Director | Animator | Title Sequence SpecialistWith over 30 years of experience as a Creative Director and Animator, I’ve spent my career making TV shows look fabulous from the very first frame, conjuring up dynamic and captivating title sequences for broadcast and streaming shows. My passion for design and animation has led me to create some of the most iconic visuals in television history.In 2006, I co-founded Creative Nuts with the vision to offer a truly unique boutique experience. Our goal was simple: clients should connect directly with the designers, bypassing the typical back-room bureaucracy. We wanted to ensure that every project received the personal touch and creative insight it deserved, making the design process as collaborative and transparent as possible.Our work has garnered industry acclaim in the form of numerous awards including Royal Television Society, Promax and BAFTA.One of my proudest moments? Designing the logo and title sequence for Strictly Come Dancing. Yes, those glamorous swirls and sparkles that kick off every episode? That’s me. And if that wasn’t enough to make my mother proud, I also designed the logo for MasterChef, the culinary stamp of approval and visual soufflé that’s currently used in over 50 countries around the world.My journey in the industry has been marked by a commitment to innovation, creativity, and collaboration. I thrive on transforming concepts into visual experiences that resonate with audiences. From initial concept to final execution, I ensure every detail aligns with the vision and essence of the project adding a creative spark, a pinch of humour and a wealth of experience.
