With over 29 years of commercial real estate experience, as Managing Director, I am responsible for nationwide loan origination and focusing on multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. Throughout my career I have originated over $2.5 billion in loans and is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Phoenix, Arizona office which has been ranked #1 in Capital and Finance for 5 years in a row.Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, I was Co-Founder and Principal of Legacy Capital Advisors and has been active in the Phoenix market since 1990. I have focused on capital advisory services including mortgage banking, mortgage brokerage, and direct mortgage lending. Throughout my career I have been a direct Fannie Mae DUS lender, a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer, in addition to representing numerous national life insurance companies, HUD, and structured finance lenders. Graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.Beyond the company, I recently Chaired the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Phoenix Trends Day 2017 (ULI’s largest educational event in the country). He has served on the Board of Directors for the following organizations: Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Ryan House, Foundation for Blind Children, and served on the Parent Advisory Committee at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGEN).
