    As a Software Development Engineer, I expanded Frustration-Free Setup globally to Alexa Built-In 3P Devices (AVS), which enabled customers to setup Alexa on their new smart devices directly in the Alexa App (versus in the 3P party application, i.e. JBL-Harman).I was the technical lead who architected and built an embedded device library (written in C++) that facilitated local network discovery (DNS-SD & mDNS) of unregistered Alexa devices on a customer LAN and securely communicated with and registered the discovered device using a pre-authorized context (proprietary expansion on OAuth 2.0). I directly worked with the management and engineering teams of our partners including Samsung, LG, and Sonos., leading to millions of new endpoints added worldwide.
