Met Brevidius maker van MyWepp.nl: online diensten om mensen met een cognitieve beperking (VG/VB/NAH, ouderen) zo zelfstandig mogelijk te laten leven.Bijvoorbeeld dankzij: - Agenda/geheugensteuntjes via smartphones, tablets, ons beeldhorloge, - Nieuws- en Planborden in woon-, logeer- en dagbestedingslocaties,- Deze middelen bieden beeldbellen en veilig appen (alternatief voor Whatsapp), dagstructurering met geheugensteuntjes, nuttige informatie, veilige social media en entertainment, zodat aan zoveel mogelijk aspecten van Positive Health wordt bijgedragen.Zie https://www.mywepp.nl Succesvol met MyWepp (voorheen ABCTV) bij meer dan 30 instellingen en ouderinitiatieven voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking, instellingen voor mensen met NAH en steeds meer in de Thuiszorg:- Clienten functioneren (langer) zelfstandiger, - Medewerkers hebben minder 'administratie',- Mantelzorgers zijn beter op de hoogte en kunnen meer bijdragen. Ook op afstand.Personal CV: Pier has been involved in the development of interactive communication since the eighties. First he published about it and lectured at the University of Amsterdam and Twente. Early nineties he started developing projects for CD-i and soon after that for the web. In 1993 he created for instance the first website for PTT Post and also for a lot of museums. In 1996 he joined NOB Interactive and got involved in the first experiments with broadband internet (Snelnet) en witnessed the development of 'Uitzending gemist', then called DelayTV ;-) He also created the 'interaction' masterplan for 'Beeld en Geluid'. In 2002 he was founder of Brevidius, specialized in using video in communication on the web: video on demand, live communication, communityTV. Rabobank was one of the major clients. Since 2012 Brevidius has (also) been developing services for people with a cognitive disability, which has resulted in MyWepp.
