I am assigned to ensure the delivery of internal commercial technology, migration and/or modernization projects. I am responsible for a portfolio of projects for our internal customers consisting of a mixture of fixed price and time and materials based. I am working with 3rd party service provider company based in Canada. Together we have agreed to engage in a partnership to power Clickatell’s Chat 2 Pay merchant onboarding and card tokenization, as well as payment processing gateway integration to PayU South Africa. Projects are delivered by a POD of multidisciplinary roles consisting of product owners and developers, controlled by the Technical Project Manager. My duties are to ensure the POD and assigned projects deliver to time and budget and apply rigorous control throughout the project lifecycle.
