Countries involved: Poland, Germany, France and The Netherlands.Bank Labouchere: Implementation of PeopleSoft 8 (GL and AP) at a medium sized investment and brokerage bank in The Netherlands. This project has been the first PeopleSoft 8 implementation in The Netherlands. Prologis: Setting up the project approach and project plan for implementing HRMS with Prologis, an international real estate development company. This implementation included the countries Netherlands, Poland, Germany and the UK.UWV (GAK Nederland): Project manager for the implementation of Financials at “GAK Nederland”. This was the first PeopleSoft managed implementation in The Netherlands. The project has been completed in 10 months with a team of 10 to 12 consultants. The implementation included the deployment over 15 offices with approximately 350 users. Extensive attention was paid to the documentation, training and hand-over of the system.
