Planning and supervising of relevant artisans in structural boiler making, diamond plant maintenance, erecting of steel fabrications, supervising of fabrications of skip cages, inspections on all coded welders, enforcing Health & Safety Act 85 of 1983.

Maintenance Supervisor of artisans on different sizes of compressors, all relevant lifting equipment, hydraulic equipment on all machinery's mechanical and hydraulics and all vehicles. The mechanical workshop was divided into sections: boilermakers & fitters. I was responsible for the maintenance of all outside pumps(centrifugal) and vibration analyses of the pumps. I had to enforce all relevant health & safety aspects Act 85 of 1983. I was accountable for the financial responsibilities also.
