Remote will make work better, but it comes with considerable employer COMPLIANCE challenges in the field of tax and legal.My specialisation lies exactly at the interface of employees pushing for the work of the future, and rusty regulatory frameworks that are holding employers back. I support organisations with compliantly employing talents internationally, both temporarily as well as permanently.
