JUKE is a new digital music streaming platform, offering unlimited access to 50 million songs including the most up to date releases! With JUKE's radio approach you can stream linear radio, view broadcasted tracks and also save tracks from the radio stream to your playlist! JUKE has a broad range of hand-curated playlists available per genre, mood and era. My responsibilities are building business cases, generating business models and supporting in setting the strategy. My role also takes part in the JUKE International Management Team and reports to the CEO.It is a great and unique experience to be part of building a business from scratch in a very challenging and competitive market.

Worked as Controlling Analyst within the PMO organisation for the biggest IT project within RFC: Summit. This project spreads a generic SAP template across the company. My responsibilities contain cost control for all sub-projects and consolidation for total project, financial control of the overall Summit project portfolio, periodic contact with project management and stakeholder management within the business.This role was part of the Management Team.Besides, I work on several improvement initiatives to smoothen processes within our deparment.(LEAN methodology)

As an internal auditor, I participate in the performance of Business Process Reviews and several project related activities. In this role, I am part of a team in which I have ownership for one of the core processes. Besides, I assist management in performing planning, scoping and reporting activities relating audit engagements at operating companies of FrieslandCampina.I act as a business partner for management teams in order to help them improving the operational effectiveness and efficiency of business processes in scope (e.g. Make to Demand, Order to Cash, Finance to Manage). Corporate departments are also part of our audit universe; I have been responsible for designing audit frameworks for such reviews.Furthermore, I am responsible for the coordination of our periodic follow-up review. As part of this I prepare the planning, monitor progress, have close contact with all Business Groups and report on a quarterly basis on the statuses of audit recommendations (towards BG's and Audit Committee). Within my role, I gained international experience by performing reviews all over the world (Europe, Africa, Asia and US), as I travel 20-30% of my time.

As a staff auditor at Deloitte I was responsible for planning, execution, supervising (sr.) assistents and reporting towards (sr.) management on external audit engagements. My clients consisted mostly of mid-sized Dutch companies in Rotterdam area.
