In the early years of my career, I gained experience as an IT Consultant within various companies and contexts, mostly focusing on software delivery and testing activities.In 2016, I co-founded Brightest based on this experience. Brightest is a thought leader within its domain, currently employing over 150 specialists in Belgium. Since its inception, we have managed to make more than 100 customers "brighter".We believe that the future of software development lies in a seamless collaboration between human expertise and AI-driven automation. With our Software Quality AI solution, SQAI, we aim to use technology to be disruptive in the niche of software testing and deliver even more value to our customers for less budget.Brightest is a company within Gumption, a business group that focuses on all aspects of digital transformation, where each company focuses on its own niche and as much co-creation as possible is pursued. Since 2023, I have also been a director of Skybright, a holding company that forms a logical cluster of closely aligned companies within the Gumption ecosystem. In 2023, we founded AdaptX within the Skybright cluster, a company focused on the business side of digital transformation.Together, we want to work towards a business group that far exceeds mediocrity and provides clear added value to both employees and customers.
