Activities:• Founded the company as the offshore branch of Heli Holland• Received accreditation from Shell and other Oil and Gas operators • Operated one and later two helicopters for the North Sea spot market• Operated a (unique) mobile setup from the Netherlands (Den Helder, Rotterdam, Amsterdam) the UK (Aberdeen, Shetlands, Newcastle) and Norway (Bergen, Kristiansund, Bronnoysund)

Schreiner Aviation Group (SAG) was a large international b-2-b aviation services company working for customers in the offshore industry, governments, hospitals and harbour pilots. SAG combined a fleet of fixed and rotary wing aircraft. The main bases of operation were in the Netherlands, Nigeria, Cameroon and Tchad. In 2004 CHC took over SAG and became the largest global helicopter transportation company. Activities:• For the Board of Nigerian subsidiary Aero Contractors (Lagos / Port Harcourt) I assessed the financial feasibility of the Scheduled Services Operations and created the 2005 – 2006 budget• For the Dutch subsidiary Schreiner Northsea Helicopters (Den Helder) I started the Air Logistic Centre. Responsible to create a reorganisation plan to guide the integration into CHC after the acquisition of Schreiner by CHC• For the Board of Spanish subsidiary INAER (Madrid) created a financing plan that was used to decide on how to finance the newly merged organisation• Created Mission, Vision, Strategy and set of rules for the Fleet Management department and presented this to all Business Units and staff departments
