As a calculator I started out to analyse production results to make more accurate predictions of future production runs and to make a more reliable cost calculation taking different components in account, such as prepress, overhead, production setup, speed and stops, waste, transport and warehousing.To get a 360° image of the situation behind the data, I worked for several weeks as a machine operator in production, made production forecasts and helped in planning.With this analysis I created a new and accurate calculation model to predict production waste, and the model is now programmed into the ERP of the company.Now I am helping out making cost calculations based on the available data in the ERP and suggest sales prices to the Sales Manager to optimize margins.Margins in 2019 were significantly larger than in 2018.

The overall control of the club through the three department heads: 1. The Fitnessmamanger responsible for all Personal Trainers, group fitness instructors, fitness coaches and the sports policy of the club. 2. The Customer Care Manager who is liable for all reception staff, administrative procedures and retention policies of the club. 3. The Sales Manager who is responsible for promotion and meeting sales targets and responsible for managing the sales team. Later, the position of Sales Manager was removed and the sales team was directly controlled by me.Meanwhile I support daily and accurate reporting to the Region Manager.My club was voted "Best Product Club for 2011" in January 2012.

Founder, owner and manager.I started out as the first contact for customers, inbound and outbound, by telephone, email, mail and fax. I made offers, treated orders, informed suppliers, placed orders, handed clients their merchandise, did shipping monitoring, made invoices and did payment monitoring.Later on my team expanded and I lead 5 Customer Service Agents in 3 different countries.

I was part of the entire company process, starting with prospecting and representation of the company, by organizing mailings and other marketing campaigns and take part in network events.Afterwards I contacted suppliers, made the offers and presented it to the clients.At events I funtioned as a coordinator to make sure all preparations were made, deadlines were kept, employees were informed, supplies were in place, and I offered support troughout the entire event until after the cleanup.I made the invoices and did payment monitoring.

We used partners as Guido to bring the "Kinepolis, Much More Than Cinema" expercience to the student in Antwerp. Collaborations with Coca Cola, Proximus, Quick restaurants, Jobat, etc were founded to create a pleasant student-friendly environment in Metropolis Antwerp, by organising events and special student happenings. I also was part of the team to distribute a personal "Discount & Goodies" student card to help connecting our partners, Kinepolis and the student in Antwerp.
