I have been lucky enough to get the freedom to deliver many valuable changes to the business. Some examples:- I designed and built a flexible reporting solution that gives clients unprecedented flexibility in building reports that surface the most important information, while matching their house style.- I built a scripting language that could be used by clients to get ultimate flexibility in setting up surveys. - I proposed and executed several process improvements to speed up development significantly. This includes CI/CD pipelines and Git.- I designed several impactful UI/UX improvements that made the software easier to use.- I fully automated a workflow to set up custom domains, saving staff and clients hundreds of hours every year.

I joined BMI Leisure (then called SMS-Timing) straight out of college, and hit the ground running. I learned a lot about software engineering and working closely with clients. In a true startup spirit, I went full throttle and delivered many high impact features for clients. I helped grow the company from a small business into a strong market leader.
