Daarbij is samenwerking tussen verschillende domeinen, ook op het gebied van data, essentieel. This data is enriched with intelligent algorithms and fed back to the general practitioner. With this information, the GP can quickly determine which vulnerable patients need to be protected from COVID infection.The EWS provides a future-proof infrastructure to gain control over new COVID variants or other infectious diseases such as Q-fever, bird flu, and the RSV virus.
