In my architecture job I see three things that get me psyched: taking ownership, creating a joint business vision and driving change.Taking ownership makes you a player as opposed to an observer. The joint vision is essential to make each architectural improvement a business improvement. Driving change, teaming with others, getting momentum, doing stuff.
