I have an atypical profile (strong analytical skills, hypersensitive, out-of-the box thinking, constant view of the big picture, relationship driven) and enjoy working in challenging and multicultural environments. What I really want to achieve are sustainable successes: I like to conduct projects across borders, that we build from the fundaments to the roof, and which will stand over time and hold against conjectural ups and downs, because they have been mitigated within the structure. You can only achieve this by investing in, and building a team that is proud on who they are and what they do.With a background in Finance, MBA and experience in different kind of organisations (successful start-ups to corporate giants), today I am the Managing Director of EMEA, and acting as global CFO at VRP, as well as statutory director of various VRP companies. Since 2019 within VRP, my main focuses are enabling growth, ensuring a sustainable structure for growth and making sure that the companies held in VRP are compliant.I define myself as leader, with a strong visionaire, strategic and entrepreneurial approach. Knowing where to go, taking calculated risks, and being creative in finding alternative solutions are natural skills that I particularly enjoy. I base decisions upon data’s, corporate interest, shareholder’s interest and the fit in big picture. I believe that the interests of the shareholder are at best when the interests of the stakeholders are taken care of.
