As Solution Architect I was responsible for delivering solutions with MS Dynamics AX. Primary contact for customer and director of team with functional- and technical consultants and developers involved with business analysis, establishing business requirements and satisfying them by configuration and/or customisation. Usually taking part in team as business analist and application consultant as well.

After doing business analysis on the delivery of services to our customers I was asked to actually implement my designs. Reorganisation of customer services departments resulted in improved service levels at reduced cost.Also introduced and implemented change management process to improve own software development.And was part of management team.

The title consultant combined formal roles of business analyst, application consultant and project leader. Both with respect to the development of a B2B e-commerce platform and its (European wide) implementation for international supplier of office products. As manager support I was responsible for the team providing customers hosting and support on implemented projects.
