Manager of the consultancy department. I was responsible (P&L) for the execution of app. 500 projects per year. The themes of the projects were logistics, supply chain management, harzardous goods, safety & security. Main activities:- management of the consultants- business development- development of an external network of professionals (25+)- promotion of the consultantcy department
