I managed teams of 10 – 50 employees and (program) budgets of € 2M – € 25M.I also managed the Global HR Systems & Solutions Team, an international team of 9 professionals with expertise in functional analysis, architecture, program and project management and executing roles towards users, data input and reporting.As a separate project I was in the lead for 2 years of the global program for design & implementation of the Binding Corporate Rules on Data Privacy.Reporting to the Senior Director Global Rewards, as well to the CHRO and the HR Leadership Team.
