After an intensive national and international experience in sales and marketing achieved in a food company - Ferrero Spa - I have been working for 12 years in fashion and travel business, becoming the general manager for 5 years of the Italian subsidiary of the Group Delsey .Successfully completed in 2011 the turnaround of the Italian subsidiary of Kaiser GmbH, specialized in the production and selling of fast moving consumer products, such as bakeware tools and kitchen accessories in the modern channel of distribution (GD-GDO), I actively contribute to the realization of the second step of the rationalization of the presence of the group WMF in Italy : the merge between Kaiser Italia srl (Milan) and Wmf Italia Spa (Verona), successfully done in October 2012.Since 2015 I have been the commercial director of Wmf Italia, managing all the products in the portfolio of Wmf group such as Wmf , Kaiser , Silit and ,exceptionally, the distribution of Alfi brand; I also been a facilitator of the integration of the local warehose in the new Central warehouse located in Germany, maintaning the continuity of the business.Since January 2019 I am responsible for the development of sales & marketing of luxury made in Italy furnitures of Angelo Cappellini, in both for national and international markets .Competencies: In general , sales and marketing in the different kind of distribution we have to deal with : traditional stores, modern distribution -Hypers and Supermarkets- Dept. stores and big Chain of independent stores.Management of independent agents and direct sales forceDevelopment of private label and definition and extension in new Business area .Management of a subsidiaryBusiness development
