Some joke about their 'IT' departments or complain about their 'attitude,' but I brag about ours when I get the chance. Trying to keep all the balls in the air is amazing for short periods of time, but Pete keeps them up month after month after month. He is quiet about his accomplishments and remains approachable despite the stress of his job.
