I am a founding Partner at Silverpeak, with over 25 years of experience in investment banking within the technology sector.Throughout my career, I’ve completed numerous successful deals across the globe. My dynamism, passion for technology, and straightforward approach have helped me build strong relationships and deliver valuable outcomes across various transaction types, including trade sales, growth financings, public takeovers, mergers, continuation funds, and divestitures.Before Silverpeak, I held roles as Principal at Broadview (acquired by Jefferies), Managing Director at Torch Partners, Corporate Development Director at LexisNexis (a division of RELX), consultant at Bain & Co, and electronic design engineer at OHB System and Italtel.I hold an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Micro and Opto Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. I am fluent in English, Italian, German, and French, and speak some Spanish.Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports, particularly tennis, sailing, skiing, running, and cycling. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and children and supporting charitable causes.
