Reporting to the president and owner of the company, the job involves sales and acquisition of new key customers of PVC garden hoses. Markets followed are North and East Europe, Middle East, South Africa and South America. Customers include mass distributions DIY chains and wholesalers/ importers active in both the channels of traditional as well as chain distributions. Supported by a group of Customer Service/Sales Managers, the position includes the commercial supervision of the Polish subsidiary. In the first year, the position included the transitional responsibility of the Italian market, for both key accounts (wholesalers and DIY chains) as well as the coordination of independent sales reps.

Reporting to the CEO. I am managing a team of Product Managers and Field Application Engineers. This position implies the responsibility of setting the company’s marketing strategy, new product definition, strategic product positioning and pricing guidelines. As a member of the company’s senior management I contribut to set the company’s strategic directions for the medium/long term. My team of Product Managers formulates action plans, implements commercial strategies and manages all economical aspects (total sales objectives, product mix and return, etc.). They also identify the potential of each customer, analyze the products and initiatives of the competition, and manage the profitability of the product lines and their launch plans. The team of Field Application Engineers provides customer training and post sales technical support.
