About Piet Sprengers

Werk mijn leven lang al aan verduurzaming. Want hoe wij onze aarde erven van onze voorouders en hem weer doorgeven aan de generaties na ons heeft mij altijd gefascineerd.Als kind zocht ik fossielen en stenen werktuigen bij de zandafgravingen in Oost Brabant. En tegelijk las ik science fiction boeken zoals Duin en Solaris en maakte een beeld van de toekomst. De toekomst zou voor iedereen hoopvol zijn en vol mogelijkheden. Door mijn studie biologie en het rapport van de Club van Rome besefte ik dat die toekomst er niet vanzelf komt maar dat daar aan gewerkt moet worden. Dat is wat ik mijn hele werkzame leven dan ook heb gedaan.
