I manage an Agile team that is responsible for some of our internal applications, sometimes customer / partner-facing, and custom integration within SYSPRO Corporate using RESTful technology. Some of my achievements include our very own Microsoft Teams bot called Hobson, which manages some of our day-to-day functions and some fun activities. I dabble with Logic apps / Flow, Azure Cognitive services, and Azure DevOps. I Love doing POC work and finding solutions to technical problems.

I entered Absa as an entry level COBOL programmer where I graduated 2nd in my class.I’ve been working with the clients information (CIF) for the past 3 years.I have also created some applications for Absa Capital and Absa Security using Visual Studio .net and VBA scripting in my free time.

We had SLA of closing 7 calls per day. My SLA was achieved and exceeded by at least another 7 calls per day. My duties ranged from hardware support, branch support, and software support.
