The system shall be universal, capable of performing the same function in different ways, contain no limitations with regards to integration and data formats, allow for the integration with mobility systems** currently present on the market, and assist in the management and development of business.The new TS shall be not only functional and oriented towards the Contracting Entity’s client (passengers), allowing them to easily and conveniently purchase tickets, but also provide clear real-time information necessary for the Contracting Entity’s business to make prompt decisions. Provided the Contracting Entity has analytics, dynamic pricing and sales promotion tools, it shall have the opportunity to personalise travel offers, form target audience groups, and change ticket prices in accordance with train availability, time, season, and other selected parameters. "
