Curious, enthusiastic, result oriented not to mention eager for new challenges.I graduated in “Building engineering and architecture” at the University of Trento (Italy) in 2016, Summa Cum Laude (110/110 e Lode), with a specialization in sustainable building design and wooden architecture. I wrote a master thesis on the renovation of a cascina lombarda (rural building traditional of the Po valley) and its conversion into a modern retirement home with services open to the community.My main field of interest is Construction Management, a complex and challenging sector. What I find exciting about CM is that you handle various aspects of the projects, from conception to completion, coordinating the entire building process. Thanks to my academic path, I learnt how to deal with the complexity of the building process considering different points of view and now I would like to improve my management skills through courses or internships.Study abroad experiences (United States and Finland) and travels taught me how to work in various environments, relate to people with different backgrounds and cultures, adapt easily and take advantage of every situation. In addition to my native Italian, I am fluent in English and conversational in Spanish.Collaborating with groups of people in university projects shaped me into a good team worker and team leader. Nonetheless I can complete individual assignments with responsibility and attention to deadlines and details.I work in the technical office - tender department of a construction company, mainly dealing with technical bids. I am always interested in learning about opportunities to get involved. Open to relocate and travel, nationally and internationally.
