As an Architect, I manage our design team and showroom business with an eye toward maximizing the visual and emotional impact of our work on our clients. The technical expertise that I have garnered over 20 years of working with Italian furnishings and casework further supports the successful execution of that mission. Integrity in my dealings and work execution is foremost in the way I approach both business and design. I believe a good aesthetic to be instantaneously recognizable and therefore akin to an undeniable truth. Recognition of such moments is the ultimate delineator of success.My aesthetic is warm, modern, minimal, and always bespoke. I look away from trends, have little use for self-promotion, and let my design experience drive the process from within. I would rather ultimately make a client comfortable in their space than achieve what another might consider the perfect aesthetic. Rifugio Modern is a name that I chose with great intention for my practice. I believe the home to be the one true refuge that we have in the world as human beings. With every design, I endeavor to engender the cocoon-like feeling of a protected nest; a refuge of safety and comfort. These are spaces that, by day's end, work and commute behind you, offer warmth, comfort, and Zen-like equanimity.
