As a Technical Solutions Architect for the Perceptive Software's Acuo-VNA: I work closely with account executives to position and communicate the value of the Perceptive Software Acuo – VNA, ECM, image exchange, visualization and DICOM connectivity components of the Perceptive Software solution set. I drive technical discussions with prospects/customers by engaging with both the technical and clinical teams within organizations. I also help evaluate the technical, clinical and business issues organizations are experiencing into opportunities that our solution stack is positioned to resolve in an effort to help these organizations advance the optimal use of their clinical information systems.Daily activities can find me: - Working with Account Executives to match customer business requirements to known Perceptive Software offerings, including full scope, technical drawings and quoting activities.- Providing technical sales support for direct client as well as partner integration discussions via travel to customer sites, web hosted presentations, conference calls and trade show meetings.- Engaging with Perceptive Software’s Professional Services organization through a process to scope and price a solution that is supportable and achieves a high level of customer satisfaction.- Producing architectural documents/diagrams for implantation teams, project management, prospects and customers.- Participating on internal cross-functional teams with Product Management, Development and Marketing.Other responsibilities include:- Ensuring partnership with Development to create long term solutions for our customer base.- Serving as customer liaison for technical aspects for Professional Service/Software development projects.- Participating in weekly contract reviews with Account Executive(s).- Engaging with the Channel Sales team on partner opportunities to ensure effective engagement and proper pricing protocols.
