I love working with customers, and getting things done. And I love communications (and media). One but - but I want to do all previous things together with people, with a motivated team. In the past I have created visions, strategies and roadmaps together with teams. I have what it takes to create a shared vision and to get commitment so that each member will fill his or her spot in the game.Yes, I have designed awful many UIs, UXs, usability tests etc. I have made awkward many contextual inquiries and interviews with customers. I have planned field trips, getting insights to fine tune requirements. I have pretty long career also in that. I know the amount of sweat needed to make software or service. I know coding, testing, requirements management, product backlogs etc. Perfect match when you need a person who understand what it takes to create a service or product.Digia is currently so far my most funniest work place. Each day I can start with certain clarity that has not been present in any other contexts. The underlying reason is the team. They are just awesome. One of the most important issues at work is possibility to do some greater good. In our case we have one tiny but important key piece of Finnish softwares in development. What I love most is to make the world better for us. I am in the right place when I am working with people and coordinating things that shall contribute to some greater good.My hobbies are some gambling and limited risk investments, and gym & good food & non-profit organisations. Very recently I also have found myself in Spanish lessons, after the Japanese, French, Chinese and German lessons. Yes I tries to learn also Hindi while in India.If in the future I could choose what to do I would probably want to create a real TV show about IT industry. So as you see I have not lost out of box thinking in translation and therefore what has been said earlier about my skills (by on HR professional) is still true - I am just far too creative to be just a Project Manager. And creativity, ability to visions, and ability to transform plan into real action are my key strengths which by all means beat inabilities related to (English) grammar.
