After finishing the implementation of the Full FM model for BBVA, i remained as Ops Leader for the BBVA Corporate buildings (including new HQ "Ciudad BBVA") being responsible for a team of 13 Site Manager located at the client premises to manage the Hard and Soft Services being part of the FM contract.

After the acquisition of the FM division of Johnson Controls by CBRE I was in charge to implement one of the mayor FM outsourcing contracts, BBVA including 3500 branches and 65 buildings in Spain plus the BBVA HQ in Madrid (“Ciudad BBVA).

• Responsible of the implementation of FM contracts at EMEA level, being in charge of supervising the Change Managers at country level.• Manage both employees and departments involve in the Change period helping them (Johnson Controls and Client employees) to adopt something new.• Supervisor for the development and implementation of advanced services solutions.• Capability to manage assigned projects with respect to costs and times.• Periodical Training in global management/ transition tools. • Member of the European Transition team.

• Joining to the Johnson Controls headquarter and reporting to the Operations Manager, my functions among others: - Clients needs analyse.- Proposal development.- Management, negotiation and relation with suppliers of services and sub-contractors.- Project implementation.- Purchasing management, invoicing, cost control, budgets and orders.- Acting as Facility Manager when required.
