I am a communication producer and exhibition designer at CERN. I am responsible of the dissemination of scientific projects to the general public. This multidisciplinary position has given me the opportunity of managing the design of conferences, promotional videos, stands and exhibitions. This management position demand practical solving problems and innovation attitude. ⎯ Prepare detail drawings using CAD packages (AutoCAD, sketchUp, Revit) ⎯ Management of budgets and follow up the manufacturing and construction process⎯ Ability to develop high-level concepts and designs that meet the tight schedules ⎯ Produce final graphic documentation using Adobe package (Photoshop, Indesign)

Temporary collaboration with Gabarit studio. I was involved in the conceptualization of an exhibition and the following documentation in AutoCAD. Furthermore, I was involved in the implication of finish and materials. During this period, I had the opportunity to volunteer in the making off of Museomix, the first International “makeathon culturel” , edition hosted by Musée d’art et d’histoire de Genève.

Museum of Brisbane focuses on the identity of Brisbane; the place, its history, people and culture, every dimension of its past, present and future. This institution gave me the opportunity to be part of the team in charge of the re-opening of the organization. I designed the public spaces and I was responsible for the design of several exhibitions. I developed a wide range of exhibits from scratch to completion, creating the concept design and developing the complete documentation for the projects. ⎯ Translate curatorial/marketing briefs into tangibles exhibitions⎯ Prepare detail drawings using CAD packages (AutoCAD, sketchUp, Revit) ⎯ Management of budgets and follow up the manufacturing and construction process⎯ Deal with suppliers and carry out site visits⎯ Develop exhibition and production manuals to guide builders, staff and users⎯ Implement design specifications of AV, multimedia displays, showcases and materials ⎯ Produce final graphic documentation using Adobe package (Photoshop, Indesign)⎯ Responsible for lighting with ERCO – DALI system, LED controlling light technology.

I was a designer for Studio MB, an award-winning interpretive and exhibition design studio, specializing in designing immersive visitor experiences both for museums and heritage destinations, as well as brands. During this time, I produced the principal guidelines to the exhibition design. I was involved in a wide range of task, developing the projects from the initial concepts to final production stages. I was the responsible of cataloguing artwork, designing artworks case layouts and assisting the art conservation team. We designed two big Roman museums, some temporary exhibition for the National Library of Scotland and a large brand experience for JCB.

I prepared the documentation for manufacturing and construction purposes; design cost effective furniture and I coordinate the production of these elements to meet budget and deadlines.
