With over 25 years of experience as a management consultant, researcher, and speaker, I am passionate about helping organizations achieve excellence and competitiveness through innovation, leadership, and talent development. As the Executive President of BeUp, a consulting group that works with more than 300 companies across different sectors and countries, I enable and facilitate positive transformation and a change mindset in the people and teams I work with.I am also a Guest Lecturer in Leadership at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, where I share my insights and knowledge on the impact of fear, motivation, and collaboration in organizations. I have a PhD in Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid, and have studied strategy at RCC Harvard and organizational behavior at UCLA. I have written seven best-selling books on talent management and overcoming fear, and have co-authored several other publications on leadership and personal and professional development.
