Management of budgeting & forecasting process, FP&A. Optimisation of result and value creation: Analyse business evolution and provide corrective and preventive actions.• Evaluate the investments viability, CAPEX monitoring.• Coordinating the project of cash-flow optimisation with commercial and Production to improve treasury, working capital and self-financing capacity.• Supervise the reconciliations, audits and reporting package to the Corporate on time.• Optimise the group tax policy in mergers, liquidations, creations and transfers of companies, distribution of dividends, investments.• Optimisation of the financial information systems to ensure the reliability and industrialize data. Implementing ERPs: Dynamics Nav and SAP.• Liaise on strategic internal audits: to improve revenue recognition process in mortgage activity, to manage due debt of funds provisions, and to reduce advanced payments.• Executive Committee member and governance committee: supervision of labour (short-time working, collective redundancy procedures) and technological aspects (process impact). Provide support in commercial operations and financial conditions of contrats.• Vendor due diligence: sale of Tessi Iberia to Servinform in 2021 and integration of the finance department in the new group. Migration to SAP of the new purchased companies.

Normalisation and deadlines reduction.• Bad Debts management of old customers.• Treasury management: Significant improvement of the Cash-Flow. Analysis and monthly reporting to the parent company. Banks and group loans.• Fulfilment of the company obligations (France-Netherlands): Taxes statements, tax integration, audits management and coordination, annual general meetings.• Driving Due Diligence process for the Benelux business purchase.
