Create and lead a team of 12-15 actuaries with different levels of seniority and coming from different nationalities, located in Madrid, Barcelona and Zurich. Onboarding and people development processes. Full implementation of new processes and control environment.* Solvency 2 Actuarial Function Implementation* IFRS17 Implementation* Increase of granularity of analysis, adaption of segmentation to business needs, new KPIs dashboards and reports to address specific needs for business functions.Aside of my responsibilities, I’m also volunteering my time in several activities with the Z Zurich Foundation and in Diversity & Inclusion Activities actively participating in the different initiatives with focus in LGTBIQ+, young people and persons at risk of exclusion.
