My career is dedicated to using technology to bridge the gap of inequalities and build deeper connections among people. As Co-founder of Bonda, I am on a mission to elevate workplace happiness. Overcoming a difficult period in my life taught me the importance of focusing on the quality of our relationships with and at work, as it greatly impacts our well-being. That's why I've dedicated my time and expertise to create a system that combines the power of positive psychology, advanced analytics, and AI technology to empower teams and leaders foster a culture of shared values, deepen connections, and belonging. My commitment to this mission is rooted in my experiences growing up in Colombia, country deeply affected by armed conflict. Before immigrating to the United States, I co-founded a non-profit organization that collaborated with the Colombian government to foster peace by designing programs and spaces that promoted empathy, dialogue, and healing among affected communities. The devastating impact of war on children deeply motivated me to constantly seek out new and innovative ways to connect people, build empathy, and foster greater understanding. Through my work, I have come to view play as a powerful tool for fostering deep emotional and mental connections across all ages and backgrounds.I'm also a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers, I contribute as the head of culture and community. I am honored to have served as a guest speaker at the Annual Meeting of the New Champions, also known as "The Summer Davos" (2018), where I shared my expertise and insights on how technology can be leveraged to create a sustainable future of work for the care economy.I bring over 10 years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and social impact to my role. My education includes a certification in New Ventures Leadership from MIT and a BS in International Business and Marketing. These skills and experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and ability to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive positive change. I am committed to using my experience and education to make a meaningful impact in my community and the world.
