Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience across different IT companies. I have worked as a Microsoft Product Manager at IT Arvutitarkvara, Customer Account Manager at IT Systems and Microsoft Estonia as well as Sales Manager at Devtraining/BCS Koolitus. Having collaborated with a diverse range of clients, consisting of large and medium-sized Estonian companies, I have mastered skills in communication, teamwork, financial planning and problem-solving. Throughout the Conversion Master's program in IT at the University of Tartu, I enhanced my competencies in information systems, digital product development and business processes. The program aimed to provide specialists with prior higher education the tools to effectively plan, develop, and manage IT solutions. During my studies, I engaged in practical teamwork projects in order to deepen my knowledge in IT process and product management, as well as requirements analysis. I got to analyze the life cycle of Telia Cyber Defense service and propose a new sales process using DPMN software, develop a warehouse management system for a manufacturing company through requirements analysis and address a business problem at Nõo Meat Industry by designing a solution for returning food boxes to the factory using Figma software (more details at https://sandbox.cs.ut.ee/partner-company-noo-lihatoostus/). Moreover, I enrolled in courses covering database management (utilizing MySQL and DB Designer) as well as cyber security.
