I'm a professional leader with an engineering background and over 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry. For over 21 years I’ve been responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, and assigning work to support required goals and objectives from the maintenance operations and production facilities to performing as a Director of Operations for a national staffing firm. I have adapted to thrive in the telework environment by building processes and programs for telework to be efficient. I have career aspirations of making a positive impact in the lives of long-term employees who I will be working with for the next two decades at a minimum. I aim to progressively increase levels of responsibility to challenge me to perform at my peak level.On special cases I provide one on one coaching in leadership, professional and personal performance to elevate each individual to each one of their goals. 2-3 times per quarter I speak to corporate groups on how to apply their training and education to real life scenarios, and show people first hand how to use their experiences as power in their daily lives.
