This mainly consisted of training new personnel in operations to consist of the following:-Ensure aircraft storage hangars and flight line are clean and perform quality assurance checks on fuel.-Marshal aircraft arriving and departing ramp areas.-Conduct aircraft refueling operations and park arriving aircrafts.-Perform pre-operational checks on ground support equipment-Perform post-flight inspections, and document discrepancies.-Coordinate aircraft movement, provide safety briefs, and perform on the job training with unqualified personnel.-Perform pre-flight safety inspections on ejection seat systems, flight control systems, engine servicing, and hydraulic system performance.-Service engine systems, hydraulic systems, and liquid oxygen systems. Personnel management also consisted of verifying proper benefits were allotted to include but not limited to the following:Professional & Personal Education, Housing, Compensation, Travel Logistics, Medical Coverage, Dental Coverage, and their families are supported. **Deployed for Operation Iraqi Freedom** March 2003 - June 2003

Maintains aircraft airframe and structural components, flight surfaces and controls, hydraulic and pneumatic control and actuating systems and mechanisms, landing gear systems, and other utility systems; fabricate and repair metallic and nonmetallic materials; supervise operation of airframe work centers; maintain aircraft metallic and non-metallic structures including fuselages, fixed and moveable flight surfaces, tail booms, doors, panels, decks, empennages, and seats (except ejection seats), flight controls and related mechanisms, hydraulic power storage and distribution systems including main (primary and secondary), auxiliary (utility), and emergency systems, hydraulic actuating subsystems, landing gear systems including wheels and tires, brakes, and emergency systems, pneumatic power, storage and distribution systems, hoists and winches, wing and tail fold systems, launch and arresting gear systems, hydraulic component repair and test; perform aircraft daily, special, hourly, and conditional inspections.**Deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom - Afghanistan** October 2001 - June 2002

Performed scheduled in depth maintenance inspections, as well as mandated modifications of aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty. Maintained and repaired aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components. Used technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applied required expertise in restoring equipment condition and/or operational function checks. Applied comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals with minimal oversight. Gained thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers. This job required a highly working knowledge of technical publications. Gained technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technicians, and I constantly was required to lead teams of entry level mechanics through more moderate aircraft relevant tasks, and verified that correct entries were documented in aircraft logs and records.**Deployed for Kosovo War Campaign** February 1999 - June 1999

Collected maintenance data on corrosion prevention methods and performed training to recognize defective methodologies and conditions that could potentially induce corrosion. Facilitated corrosion control training in a formal and practical setting to include corrosion prevention, inspection and treatment techniques applicable to F-14 aircraft. Had to perform strong teamwork, along with superb communication skills, and I learned to work well independently. I was a liaison with all levels of the assigned military chain of command required, including senior leadership. Performed complete aircraft paint scheme change for 32 F-14's in accordance with MIL-STD-216(AS).
