Greece

Provision of technical assistance for an EU funded project to support Greece in strengthening the efficiency and quality of justice in the Greek courts. As a part of this project a baseline study will be conducted describing the current state of affairs of the Greek courts, innovative measures introduced in two pilot courts (Athens and Piraeus) and recommendations provided in the field of judicial performance evaluation, court management and improvements in the civil procedural code and other relevant laws. The project is part of a cooperation between the Netherlands government and the government of Greece.

Delivery of assistance in the conduct of trainings for court presidents and court administrators on leadership in Jordanian courts, the application of optimum timelines and court administration. In addition to this the Judicial Inspection will be supported regarding improving judicial performance evaluations and the organization of the Judicial Inspection in Jordan

Contribute as a speaker to a conference about active case management and leadership. In addition to this trainings will be developed and conducted about the International Framework of Court Excellence for five first instance courts in Moldova
