Developer Services is the team within Product Release & Secure Services organization that manages and controls Microsoft’s digital identity and thus the protection of our Company’s IP (Codesigning - CS, and Public Key Infrastructure - PKI). These controls are introduced during the earliest stages of the development cycle, and our success depends on strong engagement with product engineering teams across all product groups.

As a Security Engineer we are part of the software release cycle, delivering to manufacturing sites all over the globe or made available in cyberspace. We handle and secure critical Microsoft assets and ensure that all bit are properly secured by digital signatures.Primary Job Functions include:-Software Programming Skills (C++, C#, Batch file programming, scripting).-Relevant Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge.-Signing technology expert including technology integration.-Thales HSM special hardware expert and owner.-Key creation, renewal, revocation and custom configurations (PKI related).-Troubleshoot issues with tools, systems and/or process for both manual and automated services.-Metrics development, data gathering and reporting at multiple levels (including Senior Management). -Project Management – manage projects around the identification of opportunities to improve process and/or tools, performance and services to ensure highest level of quality for CodeSign.-Service Levels – responsible for in-depth understanding of Service Capabilities with the goal to establish predictable Service Level Agreements for our customers.-Process Management – Responsible of the map-out, maintenance, and documentation across Codesign processes (manual plus automated systems) in support of MS Product Groups. -Provide training to team and customer base as required on service and subject.-Compliance – Responsible for the identification of compliance issues within tools and processes to lead the establishment of standards and provide solutions to non-compliance corrections.-Collaborate with multiple product group build labs by providing expert-level consultation around Signing technologies and tools. Be able to influence full-scale build processes for our customers.

The position of the Vertical Team Leader (VTL) is to support and help grow the Respond vertical through different methods and strategies with the guidance of the Services Director (SD). This role introduces qualified and experienced resources into the management and administrative levels. VTL is still a member of the development and delivery team, how is responsible of small software engineers groups. This role involve project management task as well of pre-sales and marketing commitments in order to achieve company sales goals.

Responsible of supporting and enhancing the regional’s technical audiences marketing strategy, on a multi-cultural organization working through 9 countries and 25 sub countries in the Caribbean Central America region. The role’s daily tasks include developing engagement programs for clients and business partners, coordinating internal and external resources and deliverables to promote execution of several marketing initiatives, contribute to all business segments in their security related needs, analyzing the clients’ security related needs, strengths and weaknesses. Work with share budget over $700,000 with responsibility and efficiently among other marketing and management related tasks.
