Development of an Email Sending System in Ruby on Rails for DTR40 This project involves creating a Ruby on Rails system to manage email sending for DTR40, integrating with the system to retrieve necessary data. It includes a user interface for configuring emails, recipients, and content, as well as features for scheduling and automating email delivery. Additionally, email tracking and monitoring may be implemented. The project also covers ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and feature enhancements using Vue.js for the front-end and Ruby for the back-end. Tasks include optimizing performance, updating dependencies, resolving bugs, and adding new features requested by the team, ensuring system scalability and maintainability.Automation of Data Sending to the IFG System Python scripts or applications are developed to automate data transmission to the IFG system using APIs. This involves handling authentication, preparing data in accordance with API requirements, and ensuring data integrity before sending through validation routines.Automated Spreadsheet for Ranking Definition A web application using Python with Django and Pandas is built to automate a spreadsheet for ranking people based on goals and values. Users can interact with the spreadsheet via an intuitive web interface, while Pandas is used for data manipulation and automatic score calculations. The system includes authentication, authorization, and integration with libraries for visualizing the ranking. Automated updates ensure dynamic adjustments to goals and values.
