Acting as a Staff, Lead, and Product Designer, I have been designing innovative and user-friendly payment solutions for Hotmart, a leading platform for digital products, since 2020. As a Staff Product Designer, I am responsible for the architecture and experience of the Hotmart Subscription product, which enables creators and shoppers to manage and access recurring payments.Previously, I led two Product Design teams that focused on improving the checkout rate, approval rate, tax compliance, and banking solutions for Hotmart's customers across Brazil, North America, Latin America, and Europe. I collaborated with other managers to define product strategy, design principles, and product vision, as well as to ensure the delivery and quality of key projects. I also hired, evaluated, and mentored product designers and scaled the design team, processes, and operations. My work contributed to the growth and success of Hotmart, which has over 60 million users and operates in more than 20 countries.
