Marco Pimentel is an entrepreneur, podcast host, and CMO at Redbrick, a growing portfolio of technology companies—Animoto, Delivra, Leadpages, and Shift. His deep understanding of marketing, branding, and partnerships helped scale Redbrick from a start-up into a multi-national parent organization. Redbrick has been ranked 5th Fasted-Growing Company in Canada and 2nd in Software by PROFIT 500, and recognized as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers for five years running. In 2023, Redbrick reached over $100M in annualized revenue and more than 200 team members.Within the Redbrick portfolio, Marco co-founded Assembly in 2015 and scaled it into one of the fastest-growing digital publishing groups in North America. Assembly was acquired in 2022 by Canada’s largest privately owned media company, St. Joseph’s Communications. Before joining Redbrick in 2012, he held executive positions at digital publishing, web development, and design companies—securing a spot for one of those businesses on the PROFIT 500 growth list. Marco built his early expertise in business by founding and selling two digital coupon and e-commerce companies.In the face of a climate emergency, Marco directs his experience in business, technology, and entrepreneurship into climate action.
