- Responsible for all e-Commerce activities, sales and supervise channels development strategies - Manage properties occupancy to yield optimum revenue- Loading and updating content (photography and property information) for all properties and ensure content (photography and property information) of all online channels are accurate- Monitoring rate changing, allotment and upload promotions on PMS (iConnect) also for OTAs and reduce rate disparity- Maintain monthly reports such as OTAs ranking (Tripadvisor),Competitors rate checking and OTAs productions report- Management of contracting process with 3rd parties- Deal with partners queries and give responses- Attending workshop arranged by partners and follow up suggestions- Perform other duties as required
