Interim manager for the launch of a innovation in ICT: multi user software application. Wunderworks was a startup ICT company. I was responsible for the sales performance of Wunderworks in the Benelux. My job was to manage the sales team to achieve set targets. I was responsible for customer relations (key accounts such as IBM and Arcadis). In addition, assisted in the board for the launch the new software. Next to B2B accounts, I served governmental- and education organizations. Actual performance; successful launch freeware (free software version).

From late 2006 to early 2008 I was responsible for secretary-tasks of HydroRing. HydroRing is a company who develops fish friendly micro hydro power stations. My assignment was to develop a demonstration project in partnership with Rijkswaterstaat (the Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management). Secondly I prepared and facilitated 2 investment rounds. My responsibilities evolved along with the project. First I conducted a strategic market analysis in "low head small hydro power”. Then I acted as "liaison officer" between shareholders, subcontractors and the launching customer. Other tasks: writing, applying and administration of a Dutch grand (EOS-DEMO). I also developed a project within the framework of a European grant (LIFE + Nature and Environment). Both EOS DEMO as LIFE + are assigned.

Ad interim for 8 months. In a staff department at ING Bank. As a team leader I was responsible for the financial planning and reporting of a Business Unit. Business Planning & Support controlled all expenses and future procurement of new IT applications within Wholesale Banking. The applications are used by all labels of the group worldwide. On behalf of the business unit I delivered a accountability-report every month . I supervised the annual budget cycle. I was responsible for daily management of a group of four people. And I acted as a liaison for line management.

As a member of the steering group project I was responsible for implementing and improving work processes. This 3-year project was designed according to the PRINCE2 methodology.My tasks; create and maintain accurate project schedules, creating and facilitating presentations and workshops, producing a short film made for the mobilization of 1,100 personnel. At the end of the project I carried out audits. Achievements: Certificate ISO 9001:2000. I am proud that our business unit scored best on well implemented processes. Additional task: I was responsible for publishing market analysis on maintenance services.

As a project coordinator I was responsible for project planning and alignment with four production departments, external and internal engineers and various suppliers. This project, with a euro 20 Million budget lead the way for an introduction of a new packaging concept for 800 supermarkets of Albert Heijn. For this packaging concept, all meat plants were renewed. Albert Heijn is a quality supermarket and market-leader in the Netherlands.
