Having lived in 3 different African countries and doing business across the beautiful continent I am a strong believer and ambassador of the oppurtunities this continent brings. I have comitted my work and purpose on creating a more sustainable future while doing and growing business. I am a driven leader who strives to create positive social and environmental impact through innovative solutions. Right now I am resposnsible for sourcing and supplying refurbished phones, getting affordable quality devices to the African continent while reducing e-waste and creating a leading circular marketplace. In my previous roles as the COO at SureChill, a company that develops and delivers sustainable cooling technologies for the healthcare and home and small business sectors, I oversee the execution, and optimization of all operational aspects of the business, from HR and supply chain to commercial excecution. Prior to this as the Director of Operations and Group Services at PEGAfrica, the leading pay-as-you-go solar company in West Africa, I was responsible for building and managing a group function that supported the operational departments in the local subsidiaries. I led a team of over 50 across different fields, such as planning, supply chain, reporting, data engineering, product development, project management, and IT. During my tenure, I spearheaded the creation of our own ERP/CRM system from scratch, which enabled us to work with different suppliers, reduce the cost of goods, and improve customer management.
