Below you can find what I did for each specific project.- First project at Pon Porsche ImportIn my role as Project Manager for developing the employer branding at Porsche Netherlands, I focused on enhancing the organization's reputation as an attractive employer. I worked on defining the employee value proposition and establishing a compelling online presence.- Second project at Lease a Bike NetherlandsAs the Project Manager for Remarketing at Lease a Bike, I successfully developed and implemented a digital tool for automating contract handling as leases reached their end. This tool streamlined the remarketing process, reducing manual effort and enhancing overall efficiency for Lease a Bike- Third project at Mike's Bikes (USA)As the Digitization Specialist at Mikes Bikes, my responsibility was creating and implementing a service maintenance tool. This tool allowed customers to book service appointments online and improved appointment handling by technicians, resulting in a more efficient service department. Additionally, the tool needed to work seamlessly with the ERP system.

Pon is one of five partners of the F1 Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort. During this three day event Pon welcomes more then 6000 guests at the circuit. In this role I was responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful execution of the event for our quests. This involved collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, controlling the budget, utilizing project management tools, and conducting post-event evaluations.
