Currently working in R.K. Services deputed to Cadence India as Sr. Executive- Finance.Job Profile:Monthly payroll processing for the employees of Cadence India including reimbursement processing. Responsible for all statutory compliances like TDS deposit, Quarterly TDS return, PF return and payroll accounting entries in SAP.Achivement:Successful upgradation of payroll software in Cadence.

Responsible for the reimbursement processing of the employees in EY, employees personal ledger reconcilliation and set off the a/c accordingly, PF settlement of employees like transfer, withdrawal with the help of consultant, tax proof vouching of the employees etc.

Reimbursement processing of employees on weekly basis as per the decided dates and company policy, reconcilliation of employees a/c and preparation of bank advice, quality and control check, overview of payroll process and policies to new hire's from time to time, handling employee query regarding reimburements and income tax impact theron.

Processing employee payroll of outsourced companies, interacting with the co-ordinator of the organisations who outsourced their payroll, validating the data provided by them and make entry into the payroll software accordingly, recocilliation of the payroll register keeping track of the checks and balances as per the clients policies and other statutory deduction as per the prevailing law. Finalisation of quarterly income tax return Form 24Q and 26Q.
